How often will I get this box?

Every box is shipped monthly on or around the 7th of the month. You must order by the end of the month to get your box in the first week of the next month.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes, just mark your order as a gift at checkout. You can also add a gift message to your order. We recommend the 3 month option for all gifts, this will give your friends and family an assortment of great tasting food!

What's in the box?

Each Nuevo box comes with an assortment of New Mexican flavors and it changes every month! Here are a few items you can expect to get in your box: green and red chile sauce, sopapilla mix, green chile stew kit, dried chile powder, chile dip mix, posole mix, or carne adovada mix... just to name a few!

When will I get my box?

All boxes ship on or before the 7th of the month. You will receive a tracking number sent by email. The box usually takes 2-4 days to arrive but there are instances (outside of our control) that result in a box taking longer. Please email us at nuevofoodbox@gmail.com if you think that your box should have arrived.

My box is damaged or did not show up, what should I do?

This is a very rare occurrence, but if it happens please send us an email at nuevofoodbox@gmail.com. If your box has any damaged items please send us a picture of the damaged product.

I am a New Mexican food vendor, how do I get my product in a future box?

We are always looking for great products. Send us an email with a description of your product, wholesale pricing and a way to get a hold of you.

I want to feature your box on my blog or YouTube channel, how do I contact you?

We would love to partner with you. Please connect with us on social media or send us an email nuevofoodbox@gmail.com. Please send us a link to your channel or site so that we can get to know you.

I want to give a Nuevo box to my customers or employees, how do I make a bulk order? 

Check out our corporate page and send us an email. We can do custom boxes for orders over 10. We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your order. We work with you to make sure your box perfectly fits your goals. We love to work with other business owners so please reach out.

What about skipping a shipment or cancelling my subscription?

Absolutely! Just send us an email at nuevofoodbox@gmail.com with your request! Also make sure to let us know your Cratejoy subscription number

If I love a product, can I buy extra items directly from you?

One of the best parts of a Nuevo box is the opportunity to try new products. If you love a product and want more we encourage you to reach out to the manufacturer. Most of our vendors will ship the product directly to you. You can also find lots of good food at www.statewideproducts.com

I want to send a Nuevo box as a birthday present, can you ship it on the birthday?

Nuevo is a perfect gift! Every Nuevo box ships on the first week of the month. If your loved one’s birthday is before that, we will send a birthday message to your gift recipient so that they know to be expecting a Nuevo box soon! Send us an email after you buy to let us know when we should send the email.  

I want a discount code, how do I get coupons? 

Sign up for our newsletter, we send recipes, videos, articles and coupons twice a month. You can sign up at on our website or on our Facebook page.
